Lindsay McFadden began her career in landscaping after consciously leaving the IT Sector in 2000. She knew that her business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit would one day enable her to build a business in a field she was passionate about. Lindsay then started working at Sheridan Nurseries (then Weall and Cullen), where she discovered her passion for gardening.
At Weall and Cullen, Lindsay gained hands on experience by working directly with the nursery owner, and took it upon herself to visit customers’ homes to oversee and ensure their garden growth. To this day, Lindsay continues to test plants in her own garden to see what conditions they require to thrive. She then passes on this knowledge and experience in her garden designs and to her customers.
This personal touch makes Lindsay stand out amongst other landscapers. She asks her clients the right questions and combines their ideas with her extensive knowledge and expertise to design gardens that fit their life. She then hand picks and personally guarantees all of her plants to ensure those gardens stand the test of time.
When Lindsay is not gardening, she is planting her own garden or reading about gardening. She also loves spending time with her husband Jamie and three children, and adores all animals, especially her dog, bunnies and chickens!
